If you need admin-related support for CIPS OnDemand, such as help enrolling on to or buying a course or using MyKaplan, our dedicated Student Services team from Kaplan are here to help, five days a week.
Academic Support
If you are a current CIPS OnDemand learner and have a question about the content in your course, you can email Academic Support for a response from a subject matter expert within 24 working hours.
