CIPS OnDemand courses

Your payment options

Paying for your CIPS OnDemand course is quick and easy using our online payment system. If you are in the UK, you may also choose to invoice your employer or pay in instalments. Learn more about your payment options below.

Please note that Exams and Membership must be booked and paid for directly with CIPS.

OPTION 1

Pay in full online

The quickest and simplest way to pay for your course is to enrol online, and pay in full before your course starts. You can do this for complete level and for individual module courses. You can pay using our secure online payment system with a debit or credit card, or through PayPal. Visa, Mastercard and AMEX payments are accepted. Please note that certain card or payment providers may charge their own administration fees for each transaction.

Pay in 3 instalments when purchasing a full level

When purchasing a full level you have the option to pay for your course in 3 instalments. Follow the instructions at the checkout and know exactly when your payments are due.

Invoice my employer

If you are in the UK and your employer is willing to fund your course, you can choose to invoice your employer at checkout when you order the course. This is a quick, simple process and a convenient way for your employer to invest in your development. Invoice my employer is available for complete level and individual module courses.

How it works

  1. Add your CIPS OnDemand course to your basket
  2. Select the 'Invoice my employer' option at the end of checkout
  3. Complete the form with your employer's details
  4. We will email your employer to confirm the order

How to complete the form

If your company has a training account with Kaplan, input the company details into the form to have the invoice sent to them. You need to include the company name, company registration number, purchase order number, training manager’s name and email.

If your company doesn’t have a training account with Kaplan, complete the form and select ‘Submit request’. Your training manager will receive the order by email and will need to approve it. We will then check their details and process the order. You will receive a confirmation email when the order is complete.
